ABOUT QUANTUS

Quantus Real Estate is a business unit of Quantus. Quantus focuses solely on managing the wealth of private, professional and institutional investors.

The success of Quantus is based on reliability, professional expertise and independence. This should remain as it is. For this reason Quantus, as an owner-managed enterprise, is not linked to other companies through capital, nor is it subject to the influence of any other outside party.

Quantus was established in 1980 and is an account-holding securities firm authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

The regulation, monitoring and function of Swiss securities firms are largely identical to those of Swiss banks.

Quantus is furthermore a member of the Swiss Bankers Association, esisuisse, the Deposit Protection of Banks and Securities firms as well as a member of the SIX Swiss Exchange. Investor protection is the core mission of all of these institutions.

In 2015 Quantus has established the DAI Investment Foundation (DAI). DAI is supervised by the Supervisory Commission of the Occupational Pension Plan (OAK BV) and a member of KGAST. KGAST investment foundations must meet strict quality standards.

Since 2001 André M. Schreier has been co-responsible for the strategic leadership of Quantus. His professional expertise includes leading a bank as CEO, investment banking, commercial banking, recovery management, consulting and the diplomatic service.

Since 2008 Dr. Stefan Binderheim has been responsible for the Asset and Wealth Management of Quantus. Prior to that, he worked for UBS, Bank Leu and ifund services as Portfolio Manager.

Commercial Education

Since 1994 Rolf Biber has been responsible for the financial management of Quantus. Prior to that, he worked for national and international companies as CFO.

Andrea Wegmann

Since 2010 Andrea Wegmann has been responsible for the operational management of Quantus. Prior to that, she was responsible for the Mid and Back Office at ifund services.

Since 2020 Adrian Friedli has been responsible for the Investment Management. Prior to that, he worked for Ernst & Young in the areas of Transaction Support, Valuation & Business Modeling and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as for Credit Suisse in Private Banking.

Julia Riesenmann

Legal/Compliance

Since 2017 Julia Riesenmann has been coordinating Legal and Compliance at Quantus. Prior to that, she worked in the wealth management department of a bank.
